Return Policy

Fantasy artwork products (not including paperback books) have a 15 day return policy, wherein the total cost of purchase will be refunded; however, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling to the return address. Products damaged by the purchaser are not eligible for returns or refunds, however, products damaged upon delivery (i.e., beyond normal circumstances, parcel mishandling) will be replaced at no additional cost.
